The Beautiful Cyberzoic B1 Dilophosaurus Dinosaur Model

New Beasts of the Mesozoic, Cyberzoic figures are coming into stock. A shipment of new models is on the way. A spokesperson from Everything Dinosaur explained that these models will be in stock in a couple of weeks. The shipment includes Cyberzoic riders, armour units and the Cyberzoic B1 wave of dinosaur models. For example, the eagerly awaited Cyberzoic B1 Dilophosaurus wetherilli figure is included in this shipment.

A Cyberzoic B1 – Dilophosaurus wetherilli model has twenty-two points of articulation. It includes three sets of interchangeable feet, and a clear plastic adjustable display base (small size) with optional parts. Furthermore, this articulated dinosaur model is compatible with the Pyrodactyl armour unit. The package artwork is by Raul Ramos.

This is a remarkable depiction of an Early Jurassic theropod. The painting of the model is praised. This figure will be supplied with a free Everything Dinosaur Dilophosaurus fact sheet. When the delivery arrives, we will contact customers who requested a model be reserved for them.

Thanks to the support stand the figure can be put into a leaping pose with both feet off the ground.

The design enables dinosaur fans to put their figure into a variety of dynamic poses. For example, the support stand permits the dinosaur to be displayed in a leaping pose. Both hind legs are off the ground. Collectors use these figures to make amazing stop-motion animations.

The Extraordinary Details on the Everything Dinosaur Evolution Display Base

The Everything Dinosaur Evolution T. rex model has a replica of T. rex dung incorporated into the display base. It is based on two examples of coprolites (fossil poo) that probably represent Tyrannosaurus rex poo. We have an Everything Dinosaur Evolution coprolite! We are following the fossil evidence to create scientifically accurate figures.

For us, prehistoric animal figures should help to inform and educate. Coprolites (fossilised poo) provide palaeontologists with information about what prehistoric animals ate, how they digested and even what insects fed on their dung.

There is a lot to be learned from fossil poo!

The Everything Dinosaur Evolution Coprolite

Our new, 1:33 scale Tyrannosaurus rex figure is supplied complete with a display base. A replica of T. rex poo has been incorporated. This part of the base is modelled on two examples of large tyrannosaur coprolites. As these fossils come from the same layers as Tyrannosaurus rex fossil material, it is probable that they represent T. rex faeces.

New Haolonggood dinosaur figures have arrived at Everything Dinosaur. The new models represent four different dinosaurs. All the figures represent plant-eaters. We have been busy contacting customers who wanted to be alerted about these new figures.

New Haolonggood Dinosaur Figures

All four sets of figures have a declared scale of 1:35. The Shantungosaurus packaging reflects the size of this enormous duck-billed dinosaur. Each Shantungosaurus model measures around forty centimetres in length. Shantungosaurus is one of the largest ornithischian dinosaurs known. Size estimates vary, but some specimens on display in China measure over fourteen metres long! The size of the Shantungosaurus becomes apparent when the box is compared to the Brontosaurus packaging.

“Four pairs of fabulous dinosaur models. All of them models of herbivorous dinosaurs. The Brontosaurus model measures over forty-five centimetres long. However, the Shantungosaurus, also in 1/35th scale is not far behind it at nearly forty centimetres in length. It is great to see another ceratopsian, a fantastic pair of Torosaurus dinosaurs. Two Haolonggood Brontosaurus figures are coming into stock at Everything Dinosaur. Each model will be supplied with a display base. The models are in 1:35 scale and each figure will measure over forty-five centimetres in length.

It is likely that these two models will be available from Everything Dinosaur in about seven days.

Two New Haolonggood Brontosaurus Figures

These new Haolonggood Brontosaurus models are the latest, large sauropod figures to be introduced by Haolonggood. Recently, Haolonggood have introduced Alamosaurus, Argentinosaurus and Brachiosaurus replicas. As with previous sauropod models, the two Brontosaurus models will be supplied with a display base.

The two Brontosaurus figures are:

Haolonggood Brontosaurus Xie Ying Deng (brown colour version).
Haolonggood Brontosaurus Du Weng Zhong (grey colour version).

Two Display Bases

The batch of Brontosaurus figures coming into Everything Dinosaur will be supplied complete with a display base. Each base has been skilfully painted. In addition, the base has a replica of a prehistoric plant incorporated within it. From the images that Haolonggood have supplied, it looks like a small cycad.

The head of each figure is over eighteen centimetres off the ground. When the model is placed on a display base the figure will stand over twenty centimetres high.

“Brontosaurus is from the Late Jurassic of the United States. Named and described by Othniel Charles Marsh in 1879, the holotype specimen of B. excelsus is on display at the Peabody Museum of Natural History at Yale University.”

Dinosaur Model Display Base Includes Amazing Details

The Everything Dinosaur Evolution Tyrannosaurus rex display base includes some remarkable detail. The dinosaur’s display base represents a dried-up lakebed that one day will make up a deposit in the famous Hell Creek Formation. Each crack has been carefully sculpted. In addition, the base features the three-toed tracks of a theropod. Furthermore, these tracks have been modelled on genuine tyrannosaur tracks known from the fossil record.

Eofauna Mammuthus Model Review – A Colossal Masterpiece from the Pleistocene

Our thanks to model collector William who sent into Everything Dinosaur a review of the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi model. William praised this 1:35 scale replica and provided a detailed review.

William stated that the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi is more than a model. It is a scientifically accurate replica with stunning detail. This figure celebrates one of the most iconic Ice Age mammals. It even includes a collectable card, making it ideal for dedicated collectors.

First Impressions of the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi

William is a big fan of this figure. He commented that the moment you see it, its presence dominates. It is not simply a toy. It’s a scientifically crafted figure that brings the Pleistocene to life. It is a remarkable piece of model engineering. Its realism makes it a true centrepiece to any collection.

The Head Sculpt of the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi

William commented that the head sculpt impresses with its accuracy. The broad forehead and strong trunk are perfectly formed. The long, spiralling tucks are described as curving outwards in a classic style. Subtle facial features add strength, character and intelligence to the model.

Main Body Sculpt

Moving onto the body, the reviewer stated that the body of the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi model reflects expert anatomical knowledge. Powerful muscles and folds run across the shoulders and flanks. The tall shoulder hump, a mammoth hallmark, is praised. William in his review stated that every contour adds realism.

Moving on, the limbs and stance were discussed. William commented that the limbs look robust and weighty. Each leg portrayed the true mass of this Ice Age giant. Natural folds at the joints gave the impression of movement. Wide, textured feet provide excellent stability, making the figure secure on display. A very helpful attribute for anyone wanting to put their figure into a diorama.

The Colour and Texture of the Eofauna Mammuthus columbi Figure

William explained that he thought the paintwork elevates this replica. Deep, earthy browns dominate, highlighted with lighter ochres. Darker tones fill the creases, giving depth and shadow. The rough hide texture feels ancient and convincing. The glossy, intelligent eye completes the realistic impression.

Our reviewer also provided helpful measurements and confirmed the scale:

Discover the essential do’s and don’ts for assembling your Rebor Tyrannosaurus rex Kiss Island figure. Learn safe tips for fitting the tail, posing arms, and adjusting the jaw without damage.

If you want your Rebor Tyrannosaurus rex Kiss Island model to look its best, take a few minutes to examine the figure before attempting to assemble. For instance, the tail piece can be difficult to insert into the body. If you struggle to insert the tail, you could inadvertently damage the delicate arms of the model as you try to force the tail piece home.

Assembling the Rebor Tyrannosaurus rex Kiss Island Figure

Things could go wrong if you try to force the parts together. You could damage the model, or you could injure yourself by pushing and twisting too hard. Instead, you should gently prepare each part before assembly. To insert the tail, dip the tail plug in hot water, or heat it with a hairdryer. In addition, you could add a tiny smear of vegetable oil to help the joint slide into place smoothly.

Straight out of the box, the arms can be stiff. These too can be warmed with a hairdryer to loosen the plastic before posing. Furthermore, you could treat the articulated jaw in the same way. Please do not try to force the mouth open.

Haolonggood Announce New Giganotosaurus Models

Our chums at Haolonggood have announced that they will be introducing three Giganotosaurus figures. The Haolonggood Giganotosaurus models will be in stock at Everything Dinosaur before the end of the year. Each figure measures thirty-five centimetres in length. Those beautiful nasal crests are some eleven centimetres off the ground.

Haolonggood will be introducing three Giganotosaurus colour variants. HLG-162 Giganotosaurus Guan Sheng (top), HLG-163 Giganotosaurus Lin Chong (middle) and the Haolonggood special colour version (HLG-165) bottom.

New Haolonggood Giganotosaurus Models

Each figure is the same sculpt. Furthermore, each figure will have an articulated lower jaw. It is the paint schemes that vary. To help collectors, we have included images of all three Haolonggood Giganotosaurus figures in this article.

The three models are:

HLG-162 Giganotosaurus Guan Sheng.
HLG-163 Giganotosaurus Lin Chong.
In addition, the Giganotosaurus Special Colour Version (HLG-165).

We suspect that the HLG-165 figure will only be available for a limited period.

A Special Colour Version of Giganotosaurus

Haolonggood usually produce a pair of figures. However, they intend to introduce a trio of Giganotosaurus models. HLG-165 is the special colour version of Giganotosaurus carolinii.

The third Haolonggood Giganotosaurus figure to be featured in this article is HLG-165. This is the special colour version. At this time, we are not sure whether HLG-165 will be produced again. Haolonggood tends to produce special editions, but these are only available for a limited time.

New Haolonggood Iguanodon Models Coming into Stock

Everything Dinosaur will be stocking both colour variants of the recently announced Haolonggood Iguanodon model. Mike and Sue are looking forward to receiving into stock the grey version and the brown version of this iconic ornithopod. Each model measures twenty-six centimetres long. The models have a declared height of ten and a half centimetres.

Mike commented that it was wonderful to see a modern interpretation of the second dinosaur to be scientifically described. The two colour variants (grey and brown) are on the same shipment as the new Torosaurus and Shantungosaurus models. The shipment is certainly ornithischian heavy!

Although each version is the same sculpt, the colour schemes are very different. Each Iguanodon has a different name.

“We have stocked a large number of different Iguanodon models in the past. This is one taxon that has been revised on numerous occasions. The kangaroo stance may have gone, and we are back to depicting these Early Cretaceous herbivores as quadrupeds.
